TIPS FOR A SELLER:
You want to make a good first impression. Typically a buyer will decide in the first 5 seconds if they are interested in the house. Pretend you are a buyer and look at your curb appeal. Do a walk thru of your home as if you were a buyer coming to look at it.
Remember - less is more!!
TIPS FOR A BUYER:
Have your pre-approval ready when you go look at homes
Prioritize your wish list. Chances are you won't find a home in your price range that has everything you are looking for. You will probably have to sacrifice one or more "wishes".
Try to imagine your furniture in the home instead of seller's furniture - be visual.
